Are you struggling to sleep well? Can't get enough hours or find yourself waking up feeling exhausted before you even step out of bed? This isn't how it's supposed to be... Many things can affect our quality of sleep, especially as we age, but the truth is that we cannot ever hope to function well without it. Whether it's continuously waking up with worries, overthinking habits stopping you from falling asleep, physical discomforts, aches, pains and hormonal fluctuations, hot sweats... Or some other issue that is keeping you up at night, this session is your chance to start to put things right and to show yourself the real love and care by giving yourself the gift of beautiful sleep 🥰 This private one to one taster is a 45 minute session where we focus on all the places where things might be going wrong for you, and how we can turn your bedtime into a joy instead of a place of anxiety and stress. I am not only a sleep science certified coach, but have conquered my own personal past war with insomnia and other issues stemming from regular sleep deprivation. At the end of this session you will be armed with your own personal sleep plan, as well as strategies, tools and techniques to solve your sleep troubles (which we practice together in session). Bedtime should be your chance to revitalise and enjoy, because when you know you're going to get the quality of rest that you need, you can look forward to climbing into your bed each night and waking up feeling strong, refreshed, and ready to take on your busy day with joy, confidence and ease. ✔ We cover your sleep routine, and find ways to build in better bedtime habits that work for you (so that you can start to unwind and enjoy bedtimes) ✔ We analyse your stress management and coping techniques to be able to close your day, handle overthinking and master the art of relaxation ✔ You will learn a powerful rapid technique to change out of unhelpful feelings, so that the accompanying negative thinking spirals can naturally stop. ✔ We also practice techniques to fall asleep faster, to switch off your busy brain and stay asleep for longer - including a magical 3 step process that can help anyone fall asleep fast. ✔ Includes, practical and physical problem solving together, to address any physical issues that may be currently getting in the way of your good night's rest. (eg. Environment, hormones or physical pains). This powerful session is a chance to experience what it's like to work with me. ❤
